The Positivity Project is a group of people (a “vaad” in Hebrew) who come together as a team to learn about and literally work on themselves.
We will focus on the constellation of spiritual powers behind positivity:
1) appreciation,
2) gratitude,
3) positive speech,
and 4) optimism.
Using the ancient Jewish wisdom of mussar, we take upon ourselves mini-missions which we take on every week consisting of maximum 5 minutes/day of exercises, which we begin each session debriefing, then, we will study and discuss a short but powerful piece of Torah, and set off on the next week’s mission.
