Lance Carr is the Managing Director and Head of Valuations at Portage Point Partners, where he advises middle-market companies, investors, and stakeholders on complex valuation matters across the business and investment lifecycle. Prior to joining Portage Point, Lance spent over 15 years at Houlihan Lokey, most recently as a Managing Director, following earlier experience in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services practice. Lance graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sharon Damski is the Financial Director at Old City Investment Partners and serves as Treasurer of Daily Giving. Throughout her career, Sharon has held senior operational and finance leadership roles at organizations including Anchin, Russell Reynolds Associates, The Credit Junction, and PwC, where she spent more than 25 years leading strategic operations, finance transformation, and organizational initiatives.

Seth Damski is the Founding Partner of Old City and oversees the firm’s investing and capital placement activities. Prior to founding Old City, Seth worked across alternative investments, hedge funds, and investment banking at Merrill Lynch, SITE Capital Management, and Prudential Volpe Technology Partners. He is also actively involved in philanthropic and nonprofit leadership initiatives throughout the New York community.

Moe Feder is the Chief Closet Officer at Modular Closets, where he leads the company’s multifamily division, partnering with developers, owners, and property managers to deliver premium modular closet solutions for residential communities across the country. With nearly a decade at the company, Moe has helped establish Modular Closets as a trusted partner in the multifamily industry by combining innovative product design with a strong focus on customer experience and execution. He is passionate about building relationships, growing businesses, and helping clients create exceptional living spaces.

Danielle Gill is Director of Strategy & Operations at Bristlecone (Mahindra Group), where she was hired to rebuild and scale the firm’s global Solutions & Consulting practice — growing it from roughly 10 people to a team of 120+ globally, and building the operating infrastructure and governance behind that turnaround. She also leads the practice’s AI strategy and adoption efforts.

Danielle began her career as a Dietitian, working in hospitals and clinics, before moving into a role at the NYC Department for the Aging. She was promoted to lead the Nutrition Department and oversaw nutrition policy and programming citywide. That experience sparked a pivot: she went on to earn her MBA at Cornell (Johnson), then built her strategy and operations career at TCS and Bristlecone — specializing in scaling functions, driving transformation, and operating in high-ambiguity environments.

Outside of work, Danielle is an avid home cook and baker who helps manage her local CSA, trains in CrossFit, and enjoys catching a ballet performance around the city

Aron founded CDK Capital after spending 15 years at Centers Health Care, one of the largest nursing home organizations in the United States. Beginning his career as an analyst, he went on to lead complex operations across multiple businesses, overseeing turnarounds, building teams, and driving growth across a range of operating environments. Through CDK Capital, Aron now partners with real estate developers and entrepreneurs, bringing an operator’s perspective to lending and investment decisions.

Ian Glastein is a Managing Principal and Co-Head of Real Estate at Monarch Alternative Capital, a global investment firm with approximately $17 billion of assets under management. Mr. Glastein focuses on investments in opportunistic and distressed situations across real estate, corporate debt, special situations, and other market segments. Prior to joining Monarch in 2011, Mr. Glastein worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group before completing a two-year fellowship at The Rabinowitz Institute in Israel. Mr. Glastein currently serves on the boards of various entities related to investments in U.S. real estate, including RX Health & Science Trust and RGMZ, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Go Outdoors. In addition to his professional affiliations, Mr. Glastein serves on the boards of the Meor Foundation, Olami Manhattan, the Yeshiva of South Shore and Mesivta Ateres Yaakov. Mr. Glastein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Biology from the College of Arts and Sciences. Eliezer Klein is Global Head of Shareholder Activism and serves as a member of the Management Committee of McDermott Will & Schulte. His practice focuses in the areas of shareholder activism, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and regulatory compliance. He represents activists, investment banks and companies in matters ranging from corporate governance and control to proxy contests and defensive strategies. He routinely represents some of the most high-profile activists, including Elliott Management, JANA Partners, D. E. Shaw, Saba Capital, among others. Ben Klein is the founder and President of Hundred Days, a record label and digital marketing company in partnership with Virgin Music Group.

Ben began his career as a Project Manager at Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment, where he worked during the release of her album Lemonade. He later shifted his focus to artist management, managing Jai Wolf’s career for over a decade. During that time, he helped Jai Wolf surpass one billion streams, sell out a headlining show at Red Rocks, and perform at major festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza and more.

In early 2020, Ben co-founded Hundred Days Records, an artist-development-focused record label. In 2024, his artist Mark Ambor released the year’s biggest pop song from an independent label. That same year, Hundred Days Records entered into a global distribution partnership with Virgin Music Group and took on an investment from the company. Other signings include Jennifer Lopez, The Paradox, MAX, Mon Rovîa and more.

In 2022, Ben co-founded Hundred Days Digital, an agency specializing in influencer marketing and short-form content production for music artists. The company helped pioneer and commercialize edit-page and non-personality-led influencer marketing in the music space. In 2025, Virgin Music Group acquired Hundred Days Digital.

Nathan Low is the President of Sunrise Financial Group and Sunrise Israel Tech Capital. Over the past three decades, he has raised more than $9 billion for issuing clients and personally angel invested in over 150 companies, with dozens of successful exits. Nathan has reviewed thousands of Israeli startups and built strategic partnerships with organizations including IBM, Microsoft, Citi, EY, Check Point, and Allianz to identify and support high-growth technology and medical innovation companies. He graduated cum laude from Harvard College.

David “DC” Lowinger is a founding member and President of Landau Properties. At Landau Properties, DC is primarily responsible for sourcing deals and raising capital. He is known for his magnetic personality and exceptional ability to close deals. DC has an extensive background in portfolio management, having specialized in public equities, private equity, real estate, and venture capital. DC has held positions at Myda Advisors and Koyote Capital before co-founding Landau Properties with Jonathan Landau in 2022.

Yaeli Lowinger is the Creative and Marketing Director of Landau Properties. Yaeli is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of creative and marketing for new developments at the Company.

Prior to joining Landau Properties, Yaeli was a marketing associate at Fortis Property Group LLC, where she participated in all marketing efforts for Fortis’ various development projects. Mrs. Lowinger focuses on consumer and business-to-business positioning for the company, advancing initiatives in direct marketing, traditional media, as well as in digital and social media. She graduated Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business in 2018 with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management. She has worked closely with fashion influencers and clothing companies to help develop social media strategies and campaigns.

Mrs. Leora Mishaan works as the creative director at Teri Jon. She is responsible for the design of product and website, marketing and managing the online division. Mrs. Mishaan received her degree from Stern College for Women, and the New York Academy of Art. In addition to her career, Mrs. Mishaan is a mother to three wonderful children, is wife to Dr. Daniel Mishaan and likes to play matchmaker on the side!

Dan holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has volunteered with Mount Snow Ski Patrol for over twenty years. He also serves on the board of The Reich Hebrew Academy in New Jersey, and UW-Hillel in Madison, Wisconsin.

Joseph Scutts is a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch with nearly two decades of experience across wealth management, private banking, and financial advisory. Aryeh “Ari” Smith is the CEO of Royal 7 Consulting, where he advises real estate investors, developers, and business owners on title, equity, and strategic partnerships. Dan Sobol is the Managing Partner of SkyTop Group, a family office investing across multiple asset classes, and Co-Founder of Crescent River Capital, a real estate private equity firm focused on affordable housing investments. Jon Stross has over 30 years of experience building technology products in consumer media, e-commerce, mobile, enterprise software and international markets including leadership roles at BabyCenter.com, Merced Systems, and Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, Jon was the co-founder and President of Greenhouse, a software platform that gives people the power to build great organizations.
